The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area, adorned with modern furnishings and stylish decor. The large windows invite natural light and showcase the stunning views, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.
With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, everyone in your group will have their own sanctuary to unwind. Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding and modern decor.

Accommodations:
The well appointed Primary Bedroom features modern En Suite, 55 In TV, King Bed, and access to the balcony that showcases city and Mountain Viewâs. Private En Suite modern accommodations include dual vanities stand alone soaking tub and a walk in shower.
Guest Bedroom #2 features modern furnishings, king bed, 55in TV, and a spacious closet
Guest Bedroom #3 features 1 King bed, modern furnishings, a large closet, and a 55in TV
Guest Bedroom #4 features 1 King Bed, 55 in TV, and a spacious closet
Guest bedroom #5 features modern furnishings, king bed, spacious closet and modern furnishings.
Bonus Room features foosball table, basketball game table, bar, pull out sofa fireplace and French doors leading out to a private seating area.
Main Living area features open living area perfect for entertaining. The French doors in the living area and large windows in the dining area showcase captivating city line views.
Backyard:
The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning mountain and city views as you relax in the pool or spa, at one of the several seating areas or balcony.
Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
1) No Parties. No questions asked!
2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind
3) Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for higher guest counts. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.
4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.
5) No smoking
6) No pets
7) Guests do not have access to garage
8) Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature
9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.
**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:
Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating.
Spa heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
