This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home boasts indoor/outdoor living and showcases stunning unobstructed mountain views. Its the PERFECT oasis in the Desert

The entire Casa Marcos property with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a private office area perfect for the remote worker.

Bedrooms:

The well appointed Primary Bedroom #1 features a luxurious En Suite, King Bed, 2 available additional single beds, trundle bed (with two twin beds), 55 in Smart TV and access to the private sitting area to enjoy stunning mountain views, gorgeous sunrises and the beautiful Tucson sunsets. Large picture windows allow natural light to flood into the space and also provide unobstructed views of the Catalina Mountains.

Private En Suite modern accommodations include dual vanities, a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, separate soaking tub and large custom walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom #2 features luxurious En suite, Queen Bed, closet 55in TV and access to the oasis backyard.

Guest Bedroom #3 features 2 twin beds, 42 in TV, and large closet

Guest Bedroom #4 features King bed 55 in TV and large closet

Private office area located off of the Primary suite features a desk and office chair

Main Living area features open living/dining layout perfect for entertaining. Sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room allow for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Both couches are sleeper sofas. The well appointed modern kitchen includes top-end appliances, quartz counters and modern lighting.

Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property and a candlelit fireplace in the living area. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate up to 16 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary appliances, utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on just under an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:
The outdoor living space is a true oasis, featuring the sparkling pool with option for heating, hot tub and a spacious patio area with comfortable seating, lounge area and a fire pit.

This Desert Oasis is conveniently located in the heart of the Catalina Foothills just minutes from shopping and dining. Just a short 5 min drive away, find La Encantada Mall, AJ's fine foods, Flemings Steak House, Firebirds, Vivace, North Italia and Blanco Tacos and Tequila. There are also several High End Resorts, golf courses and hiking trails just minutes from the property.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do have access to garage

8) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:

-Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees. Pool heating requests requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating requires a 3 night minimum and days must be consecutive.
-Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 48 hours for it to warm to a temperature of 85 degrees. There is a 3 night minimum for pool heating, and those days will need to be consecutive.

-Spa is available at no extra charge

-Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st

-Spa heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-There are several cameras around the exterior to include the front yard, door bell, back yard and side yard.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.

Access
Home is equipped with easy access via code at the door that will be provided the morning of checkin

Enjoy access to the entire private residence which includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool and spa. We are on just under an acre, so there is ample space for the parking of several cars.

This residence will accommodate up to 16 guests very comfortably.
