This studio is perfect for a university student, professor, visiting scholar, professional, or even couple!
In 10 mns you can walk to two of the best taco spots in Arizona. Tacos De Cabeza Estilo Cajeme and El GĂŒero Canelo. With ample parking, you can come and go as you please. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are respectful.
The studio is on the first floor on a quiet street.
It has a bedroom/ living room with a kitchen and a bathroom.
You will find most everything you need to cook and host during your stay.
The studio can sleep up to 2 guests. There is a pull-out twin bed that offers a second sleeping space.
CLOSE TO UofA BUS STOPS!
There is a bus that comes every 20 minutes. The bus stop is a four-minute walk from the house... which is 0.2 miles away.
The studio is cooled by a powerful mini split system that is located in the main living space. This unit is thermostat controlled, allowing you to set the temperature by remote control.
