Location is convenient to the hospital, that's all I can truthfully say.We were on property for no more than 15 minutes. The property was dirty and smelled of smoke and mildew While initially responsive and apologetic, when they had no other property to move us ,the host instructed me to cancel my reservation and they would refund the trip in its entirety. They stated that they could not cancel it on their end.I established that this was an untruth after speaking with VRBO. They have since gone back on their word and are refusing to refund more than half of one night stay under no circumstances, should you stay at this property or any other property managed by this host. Unless you like dirty, scuffed, paint, peeling floors, dirty stove, filthy carpet, and the delightful aroma of smoke combined with mildew.

Convenient Location in Nice Neighborhood

The property was in a great location for walking to all of our U of A activities. It was clean but could use a bit of updating, especially a dishwasher, and some cosmetic work to make it more inviting. Overall, it served our purposes well for the price point.

Big enough for 8 adults

An over night stay for 8 adults and enough room for all. Everything worked fine in the home. The bunk bed situation was perfect for the 4 young adults. Didn’t use the kitchen but it looked equipped and ready. You are really close to the hospital and hear the helicopter. You’re not too far away from downtown area and fast food options. There is not a lot of parking space for multiple vehicles. Over all it worked for what we needed for one night.
