The bathroom is very small. One who would use it cannot move as freely as one should be when in a normal-sized bathroom. It is an old and historic building. Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.

PET RULES:

- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $45 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $12/night
- Limited to 1 pet; 40 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation
