The bathroom is very small. One who would use it cannot move as freely as one should be when in a normal-sized bathroom. It is an old and historic building. It is not suggested for people who do not want to be in confined spaces. (Exact measurements are 23 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 69 in tall).

CHARMING and quaint. Very clean and The decor is welcoming and fresh. Had everything we need for our quick stay. The beds were amazing even the pull-out. The owner reached out with food recommendations and they were amazing. Thank you for the stay.

Arrived to the place very late, woke up the next morning and saw how disgusting the place was. We had to wash all the dishes we needed. There were little hairs on the shower floor, we didn't end up using the shower at all. There was a stain that looked like blood on the pillow. The whole place was bad, ripped rug, peeling wallpaper, dirty floors. Dog hair all over the rug and couch. We brought the issues up to Welgo (owning company) and told them we didn't feel comfortable staying any longer because of the cleanliness. We asked for a refund for only the nights we did not stay. We checked out 3 days early, they refused a refund and stated the place was cleaned to their standard. They stocked 1 k-pod and 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay.The whole property was a mess. There was trash all over the front yard, the back had an open air shed with bedroom pillows and blankets thrown in on the ground. There was no hot water. Let it run for almost 30 minutes and it never got hot to wash the dishes. We never used the shower.This was the most disappointing and disgusting VRBO we've ever stayed in. We had our 2 year old with us and we would rather lose our money than stay in that place another day.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Eduard is a liar and an unhelpful fraud. He changed his pet policy LESS THAN 24 HOURS prior to my arrival, after double-confirming that everything was fine at the time of booking. And then he refused to acknowledge the that he had changed the policy after booking, despite my showing screenshots of both the listing page and our DMs from the time of my booking. He did not take ANY responsibility, nor offer ANY help whatsoever in canceling or refunding the reservation. All of this for a one-night stay, when I was only planning on occupying this hours for ~16 hours total — so he could’ve easily just
not screwed me over for absolutely no reason. Instead, I had to spend 4+ hours of my already-stressful trip going back and forth with Ed, and then speaking with a handful of different support reps at Vrbo to get the reservation canceled and refunded, and then book a night at a hotel instead. And i’m STILL dealing with Vrbo 10 days later to get my refund! Vrbo fined him for breaking his own policies / changing them after my cancelation and refund window had closed, and hopefully will be suspending him from their platform. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!
