Additionally, a charming bedroom over the garage features two queen beds with garden and forest views and invigorating morning light, providing ample space for relaxation.

During your stay, immerse yourself in the plethora of amenities Bear Lake Reserve offers, including access to a 9-hole Jack Nicklaus designed altitude golf course, lake swimming, hiking trails, fishing, tennis, pickleball, seasonal pool, hot tubs, fitness center, private theater, and rentals for pontoon boats, ski boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddle-boards. Indulge in various dining options at the 14,000 square foot Lake Club.

For us, it was love at first sight, captivated by the stunning layered views from every room (we counted 11 layers one evening), ensuring that our friends would enjoy their own « room with a view » and averting too certain conflicts among our five kids when it comes to picking the best room!

Please note that the daily resort fee, already included in the price, grants access to Bear Lake Reserve amenities such as the lake, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and hiking trails. However, certain activities like golf, tennis, and boat rentals may incur additional costs.

HOME FACTS:
House is 4500 sq.ft. spread on 2 1/2 floors. It was remodeled in the winter of 2022 and includes many design furniture pieces and beams with fun colors.
It has 2 wood and 2 gas burning fireplaces, 3 outdoor decks and 1 NEW outdoor hot tub for6/7.

SLEEPING
Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 12

In the UPPER LEVEL, you will find our favorite room with 2 queen beds, garden and forest views with morning light, and two desks.
=4 guests.

The MAIN LEVEL features a luxurious master ensuite bedroom with 1 king bed, a gas fireplace, a TV, a comfortable seating area and breathtaking mountain vistas, accommodating two guests. It is the most luxurious room of the house.
= 2 guests

The LOWER LEVEL offers 2 king bedrooms with comfortable seating areas, desks, and of course stunning mountain views, accommodating four guests.
= 4 guests

The LOWER LEVEL can also accommodate 2 extra guests in the bonus sleeping area in a separate dark room with 1 queen bed. NO view.
= extra 2 guests

DINING

In addition to the many outdoor dining possibilities (see below), the main level offers:
-a very large round pedestal table for 8/10,
-an elegant breakfast table for 6 as well as,
-multiple swivel seats at the kitchen counter.
All have fantastic views.

LIVING
1/On the main floor, a luxurious living room boasts with spectacular long range mountain views, vaulted ceilings and a large elegant stone wood-burning fireplace.

2/On the lower lever, you will enjoy a family living room with many seating options, board games, a gas fire place and a TV.
Please note that this level also offers spectacular long range views.

OUTDOOR
1/On the main level, you will enjoy:
-a fully covered deck with a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa and 3 small café tables for 6 boasting with a a forest/mountain feeling.
-a large uncovered deck with a dining room table for 6 and various seating areas with spectacular long range mountain views.
-in the breezeway a gas Weber BBQ grill.
-on the front covered porch, you will relax on the 2 rocking chairs overlooking the front garden where kids can play on a large flat area.

2/On the lower level, a semi-covered porch with an outdoor dining room table for 6 and a brand new VIKING hot tub for 6/7 guests, invites you with its breathtaking views to memorable relaxing sunsets.

PARKING
There is parking for up to 5 cars and EV charger on the side of the house. No parking in the garage.

ClEANING FEE: $465
We openly share & clearly post our cleaning fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. For an additional fee, you can have extra cleaning during your stay and food delivered before your stay for a fee. 48h notice required in most cases.

QUIET POLICY
Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community.
Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

PETS
We WELCOME dogs, so please let us know. There is a $200 non-refundable per pet fee with a limit of 1 dog per booking party. Guests will be responsible for any pet related damages.

EARLY CHECK IN AND/OR LATE CHECK OUT
May be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. You may incur an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
