Mountain Chalet is an area in Fageråsen featuring large, modern, and well-equipped cabins.
The cabins are located right next to the ski resort and cross-country trails, just a stone’s throw from SkiStar Lodge Trysil, which offers amenities such as a restaurant, bar, spa, après-ski, and ski rental. During the ski season, it`s within walking distance of the Trysil Express lift.

Getting to Fageråsen 958 is straightforward. The property offers free parking in a private garage, providing secure space for your vehicle. For those arriving by air, the nearest airport is located in Oslo (OSL), approximately a 3-hour drive away. While public transportation options within Trysil are limited, the chalet`s location offers easy access to the slopes and local amenities, making a car a convenient way to explore the area. The drive from Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) to Fageråsen is scenic and straightforward, primarily via the E16 and RV25 highways. Consider renting a car at the airport for the most convenient travel experience. Once you arrive, you`ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay within easy reach.

Please note: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and because of high demand on our cleaning service, check-in on Sundays starts at 7:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding .and check-out is at 11:00. The chalet is located in Fageråsen 958, Trysil, Norway. Guests have access to free parking in the private garage. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. We welcome families and children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Enjoy your stay!

Brann og sikkerhet / Fire safety
Røyking forbudt.
Brannslukker finner du i ‘Gang 1 etasje’ og ved ‘Kjøkken-frys 2 etasje’.
Røykvarslere testes automatisk – meld fra hvis du hører varsellyd.
Ikke bruk levende lys uten tilsyn. Led lys tilgjengelige for lysestaker og lyslykter.
Peis - bruk tørr ved, åpne max tilluft ved opptenning med begge spaker:
a)fyrstikk og
b)flamme. Når det brenner stabilt etter ca.15min, juster fyrstikk spak ved behov for mindre fyr, men sikre at det alltid er flammer for å unngå unødig røyk forurensning.

Skru alltid av ovn i badstu når man forlater saunaen.
Rømningveier - Hems – vindu soverom og bruk brannstige. - 2 etasje – terrasse, vindu, eller trapp. - 1 etasje – utgangsdør og vinduer. Viktig - vindu bak hytte fri for snø for åpning.
Vann og strøm / Water and electricity
Vann Hovedkran og Sikringsskap: i bod innenfor garasje (vaktmester har tilgang)
Alle gulvvarme termostater er låst til korrekt nivå. Ikke skru varmeovner på soverom på for høyt.

Vaskerom
Vaskemaskin – Husk å trykke på vannlås knapp på vannkran innen start av vaskeprogram.

Badstu
Ved bruk av vann for damp, hell vann kun i små kammer på fremre kant av ovnen.
To vridere på badstuovn 1. Temperatur – vri for å øke/senke temperaturen 2. Tid – tidsur som stilles inn for lengde på badstu økt. Vri begge vridere til nullstilling når man forlater badstua!

Dersom ovn ikke fungerer etter få minutters oppvarming, så har sikringen gått. - Løses enkelt ved å dytte en penn inn i hull under ovn og høre at sikring klikker seg tilbake.
Terrasse og Gassgrill

Ved snø på terrasse som blokkerer dør, kan man klatre ut av stuevindu ved hjelp av kjøkkenkrakk. Hold deg godt fast og sikre stabilt underlag. Alternativt kontakt vaktmester.

Ved bruk av gassgrill
Koble på gasstank og vri på gass på gassylinder.
For opptenning – ta bort stekeplate, vri stor gassbryter til maks gass, og umiddelbart tenn ytre gassrør ved bruk av fyrstikk. Vis aktsomhet da gass er meget eksplosivt!

Når ferdiggrillet – skru av gassbrytere på grillen, og vri av gass bryter på gassylinder.
