The kitchen’s expansive central island/peninsula is surrounded by six bar stools, making this the hub of the home and boasts a large window providing sea views and amazing sunsets. The kitchen area is open plan to the living area, with a corner wood burner, Smart TV and bi-folding doors opening to the expansive sun deck, hot tub and large gardens beyond. There is also a large 4-piece family bathroom and very useful plant room, an ideal room to hang your wetsuits and out door gear.

The private rear garden is a delight and backs onto open countryside with far-reaching views. The garden comprises of decking, patio and lawn and is ideal for a large group. The house sits at the end of quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. Porthtowan village is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the house. There is also a regular bus service into the village. Porthtowan has an excellent village store, beach shop, two surf hire shops, children’s play park, award winning fish and chip shop and two highly popular and family friendly beach bars. Both bars offer large outdoor seating areas adjacent to the beach, with a laid-back vibe and fantastic food. Within walking distance is a great local pub with beer garden and excellent local food. Porthtowan’s award-winning beach is hugely popular with surfers and families. The South-West Coast Path national trail runs through Porthtowan offering stunning walks just minutes from the house.
