The main level offers a spacious kitchen with a custom breakfast nook, a cozy cathedral-ceiling living area, a Queen bedroom with a private balcony, and a full bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. A separate private suite—accessible from a hallway off the kitchen—includes a Queen bed, full bath, and its own balcony with scenic hillside views.

Outdoors, the landscaped grounds offer multiple places to relax, whether you're grilling on the deck, gathering around the firepit, enjoying the large outdoor shower, or unwinding in the hot tub after a day on the Cape.

Truro is known for its quiet beauty, scenic hills, and pristine beaches, while still being close to Provincetown’s dining, shopping, and entertainment. Corn Hill Beach, just 1.5 miles away, provides the perfect spot for sun, sea, and sand.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home recently changed management companies but has a lot of experience in the rental business and many happy guests in the past.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
