Point House is a cosy waterside cottage in St Just in Roseland, originally a small fisherman’s cottage it has been extended and modernised over the years to make the most of its surroundings. The living and dining area leads to a sunroom that frames the ever-changing river views and opens out onto a large deck — perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or evening BBQs. Inside, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a generous family bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is a delight to cook in — or simply daydream in — thanks to its breathtaking outlook over the river.

Point House is ideally located for exploring the stunning Roseland Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just a short drive away lies the picturesque harbour village of St Mawes, where you can browse boutique shops, enjoy waterside cafés and fine dining, or hop on the ferry to vibrant Falmouth across the bay. The area is a paradise for garden lovers, with world-renowned attractions such as Trelissick, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the iconic Eden Project offering unforgettable experiences.
