All Tahoe Donner has to offer is at your doorstep at this 3BR/2BA house. Newly renovated, it features access to 5-star amenities and numerous hiking, biking, and cross-country trails. If you don't feel like cooking, Tahoe Donner has several dining options. Downtown Truckee is 15 minutes away, while Squaw, Alpine, and Northstar are less than a 30-minute drive.

LIVING AREA

The open living space features chic rustic decor and lots of updates. Start a fire in the gas wood stove and pick your spot on the comfy sectional. Watch shows on the 40in TV with cable and DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Completely renovated, the kitchen boasts granite counters and full-size stainless steel appliances.

Gather everyone around the wood dining table with bench seating for six, the ideal spot not only for meals, but family game nights. Find room for four more at the kitchen bar.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms and a loft area.

Make your way upstairs to the second-floor loft furnished with a futon. Retreat to the primary suite with California king bed, leather armchair, 32-inch TV and a private balcony. In the en-suite bath, you'll find double sinks, granite counters and a huge walk-in shower with bench.

The kid-friendly bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while a third guest room offers a queen bed and a shared bath with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Rejuvenate in the hot tub as you watch the stars come out. Grill up your favorite meats and veggies on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the four-seat patio table.

THE LOCATION

Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Enjoy access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. Fantastic public amenities include the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
