Walk seconds to grocery store, skating rink, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Condo has 1 free parking in an assigned spot in the covered parking garage in the building (below the condo.) Spot is steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too!

Condo comes with multiple parking spots: one free parking spot in an assigned spot in the covered parking garage in the building (below the condo) and more spots closeby if needed.
