Beautifully remodeled hotel style room in the Timber Creek Lodge located in

The Village at Northstar. Timber Creek Lodge is surrounded by everything you

could possibly need during your visit, from pizza and salads to cocktails and

shopping!



Timber Creek Lodge offers rooms that each come with a private bath, one or two

queen-sized beds, and a calming deck great for enjoying a cup of coffee in the

morning and a fresh breeze in the evening.



This hotel-style studio accommodates up to 3 guests. A private balcony with

outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the crisp mountain air and California

sunshine. The studio includes a kitchenette with small refrigerator, counter

space, microwave, coffee maker, pantry space and a small dining area.

Washer/Dryer located in the building on the 3rd floor. Covered parking below

the building for one (1) car. Pool, hot tub, gym, etc are located nearby and

available by reservation only. Reservations can be made online.

Small studio in the village

The room itself is a pretty small studio but has everything you’d need if you’re planning on mainly eating out in the village instead of cooking (and has enough to get by if you want to cook a couple small meals). The building has somewhat thin walls, but the noise wasn’t much of a problem since people didn’t seem to stay up too late. The main reason for my 3 star review was the visible dirt/rocks on our floor. We called to request cleaning and they told us they would forward the request to housekeeping, but nobody ever came by. Other minor complaints: detachable shower head is unusable, some dishes were visibly dirty and required rewarding, and Wi-Fi couldn’t connect to the internet (we had to set up a cellular hotspot).

Great Location!

Overall we had a great stay! It was right in the village at northstar close to shops and dining! The place was very clean and well equipped. I’m giving it four stars due to the fact that the fireplace would not turn on during our stay. We reached out to the check in office and they said they would call maintenance but we never heard back from them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay - would return in a heart beat!

Overall this was a great stay at Northstar! Just a few improvements requested: 1) Include a coffee machine (there's a milk steamer, an Espresso machine w/o any Espresso cups, a water percolator and Starbucks coffee packs - but NO coffee machine) and 2) fix the broken dining chair and 3) replace the batteries in the battery operated candles and 4) have the rugs cleaned. Otherwise, a great stay and will happily return in the years to come - thank you!
