Welcome to our Tahoe Donner home, ready for multi family and larger groups, with stunning north Tahoe mountain views, and well optimized for your enjoyment. Your furry friends are also welcome :).

Enjoy 3 stone fireplaces, multiple living areas, a 65" TV, Playstation 5, foosball table, kids items, 2 decks, a new 5 burner Weber BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and enjoying big meals, and many more amenities.

Whether you’re here for summer activities like golf, hiking, and mountain biking, or winter adventures such as cross-country and downhill skiing or snowshoeing, the location is ideal. You’ll be close to the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, with easy access to Northstar California, Palisades Tahoe, Boreal, and other nearby resorts. Downtown Truckee, with its great dining, bars, and entertainment, is just a short drive away, and Donner Lake is also nearby.

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, plus up to 4 additional; children under 13, for a total of 14 guests. It’s the perfect spot for large families, group getaways, corporate retreats, or friends looking to escape to the mountains.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with gas range and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, rick cooker, and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! Open to great room and dining area, with a stone fireplace, comfortable sitting area, and great views of the mountains. The dining table sits up to 8 (with extra seating at the breakfast bar) and is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal. There is also a high chair if needed.

BEDROOMS:
1. Luxury master suite (upper/entry level): King bed with high-end Sleep Number mattress, private fireplace, and HUGE bathroom with large jetted tub, custom walk in shower, and double vanity.
2. Junior master (lower level): Queen bed, and attached full bathroom.
3. Queen bedroom: (lower level): Queen bed.
4. Bunk room: (lower level): Twin over full and a twin over twin bunk bed set (4 beds).

Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 10 guests (plus up to 4 additional children under 13 years old for a total of 14 with the extra children included) MAX
* 4 cars MAX - No exception. 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. No street parking.
* Exterior lights must be tuned off after dark, when not using them.
* Trash must go in the bear box (or be left in the garage)
* Air conditioning is 2 window units; one in the main living area and the second in the lower level living area. Bedrooms do not have their own A/C but we do have fans and you can leave doors open to help cool them off during the day.
* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.

Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances, and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
