The Nature Loft: New 2-BR apartment in Troy with green space + patio

CENTRAL LOCATION:
Built new in 2024 and inspired by nature, The Nature Loft possesses all the comfort and warmth of home while providing the style and luxury of a hotel. Located 1.3 miles from I-75, it is 5 minutes or less from all the main restaurants, grocers, shops, and event centers. Walk through the yard to a nature reserve with biking/running trails, bike a mile to the Great Miami River Recreation Bike Trail, or walk to the APAC for a show. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, or family vacations!

Within 5 minutes, you can be nearly anywhere in Troy, including Hobart Arena, where you can watch concerts, live performances, or sports events, and the Arbogast Performing Arts Center, where you can watch concerts and shows. Cross the street and go bowling or drive to the Troy Aquatic Center in the summer and enjoy the water slides and pools. In less than thirty minutes, you can visit Dayton, the birthplace of aviation, home to the Wright Patt Air Force Base and the National Museum of the USAF. You can also visit the Wright Brother's home and museum.


YOUR SPACE + OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Near the heart of Troy, The Nature Loft is in the second story of our detached garage. We have a little over an acre of land, complete with green grass, grazing deer, and a guest patio and grill area. We have all the pleasures of country living accompanied by all the perks of town life! If you have kids, they are welcome to join ours in enjoying the saucer swing, a trampoline, and a spacious sandbox. Walking through our backyard, you can cross over into the Hobart Nature Preserve and run or walk the nature trails. You can also hop on your bike and ride through the historic district to the many boutiques, antique stores, home goods shops, and independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and ice cream spots on the town square. If you're interested in longer rides, the bike path is within riding distance and runs all the way to Piqua in the north and Cincinnati in the south.

Guests have access to the entire second-story apartment above our detached garage. Free parking is included in our personal driveway or across the street, and there is space for guests to drive and park two cars. Both options are well-lit.

Guests have their own private entrance, and a smart lock with a keypad enables self-check-in at whatever hour you wish to arrive.

Because The Nature Loft is above our detached garage, you may hear noise from the garage doors opening or closing. We have provided sound machines in both bedrooms to offset the noise.

Also, we have three children. If you have kids of your own, we're happy to share our yard and toys and make friends! We also realize kids can cause noise and activity. As a result of both the garage doors and the kids, we promise to respect your space and privacy, especially during prime sleeping hours!

If you're planning to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, cookware, hand tools, a blender, a hand mixer, and even a few common spices. We know our way around our own kitchen fairly well and have done our best to include all of our most liked and used items. Please bring your own charcoal if you plan to use the grill.

The laundry room includes a washer and dryer, both large capacity. Enjoy the complimentary laundry soap and softener!

We love extra clean spaces and assume you do, too! For your safety and comfort, we launder all used linens, including duvets, extra comforters, and throw blankets between each guest.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed (5) will result in an additional fee of $15 for each additional guest per night stayed.

If evidence of a pet is discovered during cleaning after guests leave, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Failure to care for the space, follow house rules, and/or follow the checkout routine could result in additional cleaning fee charges and/or charges for damages. Fee will be based on the damage incurred and/or the number of additional hours required for cleaning.

Minors MUST be accompanied by an adult. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave.

Stays of more than ONE WEEK will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $80 per week (two weeks will be $160, etc.). Additionally, stays over TWO weeks will require signing a short-term rental agreement.
