The main level features an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an effortless space for gathering and entertaining.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, toaster oven, microwave, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy dining indoors at the table, which comfortably seats six, or step outside to dine al fresco while taking in uninterrupted ocean and coastline views accompanied by refreshing sea breezes. The living room is furnished with a leather sectional sofa and Smart TV, while a cozy den just off the main living space provides a quiet retreat for reading, relaxing, or enjoying an afternoon nap.

The property offers three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a new memory foam queen bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The main-level bedroom features forest views and convenient access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two additional queen bedrooms provide distinct perspectives—one west-facing with expansive ocean views and the soothing sounds of the sea, and one east-facing overlooking majestic redwood trees. A second upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub.

Cross the breezeway to access the original cabin, built in the 1950s as a music retreat for professors from what is now Cal Poly Humboldt. Once a creative haven for musicians, the cabin later became a family gathering space and now serves as a spectacular bonus living area with panoramic ocean views.
