From the balcony of Villa Cristina you look out and see the sea. Just a little silence is enough to listen to the waves crashing on the rocks of the Adriatic and the first rays of sunrise on the horizon. 
Amidst the rustic vegetation of the hillside sloping towards the east coast, the villa is easily reached from the coastal road. From the house, you simply cross the road on foot to reach the sea. Twenty steps separate you from ‘l'Isola’, one of the most charming and discreet slopes on the Adriatic coast.
You will have exclusive access to the lower floor of a multi-level structure. To access the flat, you have to walk down stairs that are shared with the guests of another unit upstairs. You also share with them the main entrance to the villa and the car park.
Amidst bamboo and pastel-hued wicker furnishings, the house sleeps six, divided into three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two twin rooms with single beds. Bed linen and towels are included.
The first room one encounters on entering the house is a living/dining room with leather sofa, air conditioning, free internet, TV. Continuing on, you enter the kitchen with kitchenette with gas cooker, electric oven and refrigerator.  To the right and left of this central space are the sleeping area with the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first, larger one is equipped with shower, bidet, washing machine, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The other is a service bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
What really makes this unit special, however, is the private terrace overlooking the garden and with a sea view, where the sound of the waves will lull you throughout your stay. Sheltered by the shady foliage of the large Aleppo pines, there are comfortable sun loungers, a series of wicker chairs, a table with six chairs and a large iron barbecue.
And again, do you feel like getting around without the need for a car? Feel free to take one of the bicycles that are at your disposal free of charge!
Don't be afraid of your car, there are three private parking spaces in the shade of the pine trees. One of these may be shared with the tenant on the upper floor.
You can easily request a cot or high chair for your baby.
The house is located in open countryside. It is not difficult for cats to come and keep you company on the terrace during your stay. In the outdoor areas you might also come across some ants or lizards, don't be afraid, they come in peace. If, on the other hand, you think you might not like their presence, please contact me, we will certainly find another solution.
The house consists of two flats on two levels. The one intended for guests will be the lower one. In high season (June-September) on the upper floor there will be the owner. She is a serious and respectful person, with her we will share the parking area and the first part of the stairs to reach the flat.
