CA DEL SENIOR is located in Mezzegra, a quiet and panoramic hamlet of Tremezzina, in the heart of the western shore of Lake Como. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday immersed in nature, without renouncing proximity to the lake\'s main tourist attractions, such as the famous Villa Carlotta and the village of Lenno with its romantic Villa del Balbianello.

Tremezzina is also a strategic point for excursions along the Lake Como Greenway and for visiting the charming lakeside villages. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores and all essential services.

It is 30 km from Como and 25 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

There is a grocery shop 350 metres from the flat, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 2.5 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

A bus stop is 350 metres from the flat, while for the boat stop you will have to reach the village of Lenno, 1.5 km away. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
