Summary:
This is where it's at! Trendy downtown condo close to everything in TC! Walk downtown to restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! Visit wineries, breweries, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes! Fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer, full bath, 1 bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. This unit is located on the 3rd floor! (no elevator available)

The Space:
Third floor condo with one bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom (stand up shower), fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and smart TV. (no elevator available)
The condo includes: coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, linens, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, make-up wipes and more!!

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the third floor of the building (no elevator available). We look forward to hosting you :)

The Neighborhood:
This is among other condos in the area that mostly have guests on vacation. Our condo is located in walking distance of everything downtown TC has to offer. It is brand new and provide that "city" feel!

Getting Around:
This condo is in walking distance to Front Street and many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Just a few blocks from the bay. You may use Uber, Lyft to explore more of Traverse City or Northern Michigan during your stay!

Other Things to Note:
-There is a first come first serve parking lot behind the building and a parking garage right next door (additional charge).
-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! If you need further assistance: for the quickest response it is best to message us through your booking channel (ex: Airbnb, Booking, Hopper, VRBO, etc.). B'day 2025

We've stayed at this apt/ condo complex several times over the past 4 yrs or so. They know parking is an issue. Not even 1 space per unit! It would help everyone to know the city parking laws. We parked at a metered space overnight Saturday. Parking is free all day Sunday at the meters. There was 1 vehicle which was parked so the space beside them was unavailable to another vehicle for 2 days! Very rude.The only other suggestion: a dimmer on the bathroom light and softer less "in your face bulbs" in the bedroom lamps. And we understand you cannot do anything about the 5am squaking incessantly sea gulls...

Great Place Close to Downtown

Exactly as listed - nice, bright, well-appointed condo within easy walking distance to downtown TVC. Had all the necessary amenities, including basic cookware, which was nice so we could make a few simple meals instead of spending money eating out for every meal. Would definitely stay again!

Couples Getaway in TC

We spent a long weekend in TC with two other couples. Each couple rented a unit in the Capri buildings so we were able to have our own private space but congregate together in one unit comfortably. Everything we wanted was within walking distance or an easy drive. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Communication was very clear and timely. Getting into the unit was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect spot for a short getaway! Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to a pet emergency at home. But this was a good choice - very clean, decorated really cute, close to everything, and good communication. The only thing for some travelers is that it is on the third floor with steps only, which had us a little winded! A reminder to get back into the gym, lol.

The condo was perfect and in our favorite location, just a couple of blocks from Front St. close enough that we could walk to everything! We had a last mini request to add a day on the front end of our stay and the host was very accommodating. Would stay here again!
