Summary:
This is where it's at! Trendy downtown condo close to everything in TC! Walk downtown to restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! Visit wineries, breweries, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes! Fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer, full bath, 1 bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. This unit is located on the 2nd floor! (no elevator available)

The Space:
Second floor condo with one bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom (stand up shower), fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and smart TV. (no elevator available)
The condo includes: coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, linens, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, make-up wipes and more!

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the second floor of the building (no elevator available). We look forward to hosting you!

The Neighborhood:
This is among other condos in the area that mostly have guests on vacation. Our condo is located in walking distance of everything downtown TC has to offer. It is brand new and provide that "city" feel!

Getting Around:
This condo is in walking distance to Front Street and many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Just a few blocks from the bay. You may use Uber, Lyft to explore more of Traverse City or Northern Michigan during your stay!

Other Things to Note:
-There is a first come first serve parking lot behind the building and a parking garage right next door (additional charge).
-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

Everything was as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the QR codes (for wifi and for a LOT of other info) were helpful. It was a short walk to Front St and the parking garage was easy to find and use.

Nice condo for 2 people

Condo was clean , great location and easy checkin. Great communication with mgr. Only possible recommendation would be more comfortable pillows for bed ( they are a bit like memory foam rocks). Also a box of Kleenex would be nice.

We enjoyed a long weekend at Capri 209. Was well stocked and very comfortable. We especially liked the location for walking downtown and also as a central location for trips around the Traverse City area. We would stay here again!

Super cute and clean

The hosts were great to communicate with, the condo is super cute and clean. The only downfall was that the pillows were hard and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and we wished there was a fan to use when sleeping. Other than that we loved the condo!

A gem among a beautiful city

I’ve stayed in traverse many times. This by far is the best home away from home I’ve ever stayed at. The unit is beautiful and the owners are top-notch in communication. They are kind, gracious and welcoming. I will always try to stay here when I’m in town. Thank you so much for making me feel at home when I’m away far from home.

Beautiful, clean condo in perfect location!

We will absolutely stay in this condo again! It was tastefully decorated, so clean, had everything we needed, and was perfect for our intimate wedding anniversary trip. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars and also a short drive to the e-bike rental company that we rented bikes from to visit some wineries. I want to go back!!

We had a great stay at this property with only a few minor things that we didn’t love. It was a great location and there was plenty around there that was walkable. When you did need to take your car the parking situation wasn’t too bad either. The place was very clean overall, but some of the things were a little tired from use. For example, the rug in the bedroom and family room were matted from people walking on them. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the road noise was pretty loud if you’re a light sleeper. Great place for a couple to stay, but I’m not sure a family would fit in comfortably.

Adult getaway

My husband and I stayed for two nights. We originally booked one night but our plans changed and the the owner was very helpful in letting us book an additional night. The check-in process was so seamless. We were coming in late so it was nice to have the information well ahead of time. The condo is very nice and spacious. It was just my husband and I this time, but I would not book this property with children. The one bedroom is spacious but not much extra space for young children. The location is in perfect waking distance to front street or old TC district. Plus there are some good bars/restaurants right in that block. We had a great stay and will definitely consider this condo again!

Impeccable & perfect place to stay in Traverse City!

This unit was SPARKLING clean, and located in a perfect location walking distance to Front Street! The entire unit felt "like new" and was equally comfortable and inviting. The bed was great and it was the first time ever I actually LOVED pillows that aren't my own! This is a place I would definitely recommend and stay in again and again!
