Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to CitySide Lofts – The Aerie, a thoughtfully curated third-floor condo offering a bright and relaxing retreat in the heart of Traverse City. With elevated surroundings, modern finishes, and easy access to downtown, this inviting space is perfect for beach vacations, winery weekends, business travel, and extended stays.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom featuring a private en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa located in the living room.
We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and “retired” towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the unit.

Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
This is a third-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building.
The décor and furnishings may vary from the photos shown, as we are currently updating the unit interiors. The condo layout, size, and amenities remain the same, and updated photos will be added soon!
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The primary suite includes a king-size bed, smart TV, spacious closet, and a private en-suite bathroom stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a cozy atmosphere designed for restful evenings after exploring Traverse City.
The living room also includes a double sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

The condo features two full bathrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
The primary en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination, while the second bathroom—located off the main living area—features a walk-in shower.
Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN ☆☆
The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, smart TV streaming access, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day downtown.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and essential cooking supplies to make dining in easy and convenient. Starter coffee supplies are also included.
☆☆ EXTRA AMENITIES ☆☆
The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies for your convenience.
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are also available in the unit for guest use, making the space family-friendly and convenient for travelers with little ones.
☆☆ ROOFTOP PATIO ☆☆
Guests have access to the shared rooftop patio, a perfect spot to enjoy slow mornings with coffee or unwind in the evening after exploring downtown Traverse City. The rooftop includes outdoor seating and is shared among guests staying within the building.
Whether you`re visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, The Aerie offers a comfortable home base in the heart of Traverse City.
Please note: Street noise may be present as the building is located on a main road—perfect for walkability, but not completely silent.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
One designated parking space is provided in the private lot, labeled 15. Please park only in this assigned spot to avoid the risk of towing.
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking is available on State Street during the summer—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City), located less than one mile from the property.
Local Tips: Walk to beaches, restaurants, or rent bikes nearby. Civic Center Park, the Old Mission Wine Trail, and Bryant Beach are all within easy reach.
Free Traverse City Bata Bus along downtown, West Bay, and East Bay has a stop right across the street from the building, take advantage of our free public transportation!
☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 3rd floor, and the building does not have an elevator — access is by stairs only. We also manage other condos within the building on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so if you’re booking for a group or would like help finding the best fit, feel free to reach out!
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

- Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 9 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 9 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet-related fees. Pet fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees.
