Summary:

Welcome to our modern and cozy condo, located just minutes from downtown Traverse City and Old Mission peninsula, home to award winning wineries and breathtaking views. This condo is conveniently located along the Traverse City TART trail, where you are a short bike ride or walk too many breweries, restaurants, and all that downtown Traverse City has to offer.



The Space:

This second-floor condo has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the cherry capitol, Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Kick back in the living room and input your own username and password into any of the streaming service apps to binge watch your favorite shows, or relax on the patio with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Walk into the master bedroom where you will find a cozy king bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV. This room features a walk-in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the guest bedroom you will find another cozy king bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV. This room also features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



Also included is a full sized fold up mattress that can be used as a third bed.(linens included)



Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, drip coffee and espresso maker). A few pods of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot.



Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. Some laundry pods will be provided.

**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**

Had an amazing stay with my family and our pup in Traverse City! The place was spotless and comfortable, especially after a long day of exploring. We really loved how the hosts created a detailed binder of places to go and dine in the area. Furthermore, the hosts were super communicative and quick to reply when we asked to shift our reservation a day or two! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

While nowhere is perfect, my wife and I felt this place is a very good place. It is very clean and utilitarian. The is super well outfitted for what you need (linens, etc) and the rooms are large enough. Management responds quickly to concerns. We will use this place again.

Quiet vacation spot!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We enjoyed the quiet and clean location once again. It was nice have an extra fold up foam mattress available to accommodate our family. Riley is a great host!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the high chair and pack and play for us. Lots of linens and everything you need for the kitchen. There is a nespresso machine which I loved! We would definitely stay here again. It was a great location in TC as well. We went to a wedding at the Peninsula Room and it was about a 15 minute drive.

1. Was not provided unit # therefore we were delayed in entering the condo. Had to call customer service for assistance. 2. Even though we were given heads up about handling the door it was still difficult at times operate it. 3. You should leave a broom out for guests to use. 4. Trashcan lid broken. 5. Neighborhood a little questionable in areas.

Modern & chic Traverse City getaway

Unit was perfect for our family (2 kids + dog). All areas were really clean when we arrived. Plenty of parking was available in the lot, and there were nice grassed areas outside for our dog to use. We barely heard other visitors during our stay. Would highly recommend! The unit in real-life is spot on with the photos.
