Close to the heart of the energy that makes this city vibe, a 5-minute drive (7 minute bike ride) will take you into downtown Traverse City. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is perfect for a couples getaway or for a group of 4 with our queen-size pull-out mattress. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Relax after a long day of exploring or beach going in our comfy living room. You could enjoy a local glass of cabernet or indulge in a cherry vodka and lemonade while lounging on the outdoor balcony. Just a short drive away from all of the local vineyards and distilleries you will have no shortage of options.
How about a cup of coffee or tea? This property features our signature fully stocked coffee bar offering a selection of brew, teas, flavored creamers and what’s coffee without Milano cookies or biscotti.
We are also proud to feature local artisanal soaps from Lake Soap Company with the sweet smell of their most popular scent, Traverse City Cherry.

Quiet and comfortable

NYE Weekend of Fun

Absolutely loved the condo! The little touches like the coffee/tea bar were excellent! Top notch cleaning and amenities! We had dinner at Trattoria Stella followed by drinks at The Low Bar - all a very short distance away (we chose Lyft for transportation). The second day we visited Mission Point wineries and had dinner at Jolly Pumpkin. All around a great trip and the condo was an awesome spot for relaxing and staying in for NYE! The kitchen had all we needed for dinner & drinks and we even found some games at the common area!

Holiday Getaway

My wife and I decided to travel to Traverse City for the holiday weekend for four nights. It was a pleasure to work with April, and she made the reservation and check-in process smooth. April also provided several suggestions for the holiday weekend, which we appreciated. The condo was very comfortable and was perfect for the November getaway. Whether we cooked in, or dined out, it was a perfect launching point to everything. Weather permitting, it is also a nice walk to the downtown area. Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the decor, coffee/tea bar for morning caffeine, and location on the TART trail! Brick Wheels was where we rented bikes for the week and Daily Grind provided some fancy coffees & teas after our rides around Boardman Lake and to Downtown!! Thank you!
