We love the location just past all the row of resorts. We loved the bay view! Room was nice and clean. Communication was easy and respond time was very short. Easiest check in and check out process. Our puppy was allowed and loved it too!
This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean.
Great winter rates! Small facility so it was nice and quiet. Very clean, updated rooms and gathering area with video games, board games and tvs. First time Iâve stayed at a facility that has on line check in along with all communication but it worked well!
My stay was honestly amazing. One thing I have never experienced is a virtual front desk, which to be honest was great and amazing for those who want to get away and not be bothered. I saw a very clean and neat common area and knew my room would be great. The bed had an extra protector for my kasa room. Hotels usually are not that cleanly and it shows. My Kara was 100% worth it and for me it was inexpensive and exactly what hotels these days need.
Very clean, spacious and quiet place. Great value for the size and condition of the room. Very comfortable. Only concern was the amount of snow in the parking lot and ease of getting in and out of vehicle. This is minor as the snow fall has been greater than usual and all businesses seemed to have the same issue clearing their lots.
Great location viewing the bay. Short drive to downtown Traverse City and Elk Rapids. The hotel was clean and up to date. Overall this hotel provided a very smooth and seamless experience.Parking was a little tight if you drive a larger suv or truck. Highly recommend staying at this hotel in any season.
We had no idea we were signing up for this new way to book a room . We found out we are not Kasa people . The emails started immediately from them for there check in procedures. This kind of booking you will find no one at the property. I started worrying when i seen a large deposit was needed on the room and sound devices in the room incase you make to much noise . The room we got had a very strange smell and a big note on the desk about cleaning fees if you smoke . The first thing we had to do is start emailing about the odor so we didn't loose our deposit. They did take care of the issue some how when we were gone for the day . I will say the room was clean and modern. The only strange thing was the bathroom sink was in the bedroom. Also there wasn't any room service You make up the room and reuse your towels. This might be for you but not for us. Hoping we didn't do anything wrong and get our deposit back .
I wish I had known prior that I needed to scan my drivers license, my face and my credit card before I could enter. We sat out in the dark cold for a while. It was sent in an email but I wasn't expecting this kind of pre- check in to look for that.the place was great accept for that hiccup.
The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it.
