Summary:
New hot tub in 2024! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! The house is located at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula with easy access to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland (Fishtown), Suttons Bay and many beaches and wineries! Downtown Traverse City is also a quick drive without having to go through much traffic. If you want to stay close, there is plenty to do within a few miles. Jacob's Farm and Rove Estates Winery are around the corner.

The Space:
This is a spacious home in Traverse City situated on 2 sunny acres. There is a ton of extra space and we can host many different types of groups! Outside there is parking for 6 or more cars and a detached 2 car garage to keep your toys. There is also a ping pong table in the garage if you want to have an impromptu tournament with your friends or family! The back deck has a grill for cooking up steaks or burgers and you can enjoy the meal outside on the outdoor table with seating for 6. We also have a fire pit in the backyard for summer bonfires under the stars!

The inside of the house is separated into a main floor and a lower level. The home has free wifi access and a washer and dryer in the basement if you want to get a head start on your laundry! This is a family-friendly home that also has a Pack N Play and a high chair so you don't need to worry about packing extra stuff for a young child.

**Main Floor**
The main area as you walk into the house is an open concept. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all share an open space. The living room has a smart TV with access to all of your streaming options. Seating for 6+ in the living room.

*Dining*
The dining area has a full size table with seating for 6. There is also seating at the island butcher block counter to chat with friends and family over coffee or while preparing dinner. (Extra chairs for the island are in the bedroom closet if you want more seating!)

*Kitchen*
The kitchen has clean white cabinets and stainless steel appliances . It is fully stocked and has everything you'll need for your stay...We have a Keurig with a starter kit of K-Cups including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for the kiddos! We also have a standard coffee maker if you prefer to brew a full pot. Ground coffee is also provided along with cream and sugar!

There is a full set of pots and pans available for cooking your meals. There are serving platters for taking burgers out to the grill and a toaster for your morning bagels.

We have all the glasses for wine, bubbly, and cocktails and even have plastic drinkware and plates for kids. There is even a blender for making margaritas or smoothies!

*Bathroom*
The recently remodeled bathroom is spacious and clean. There is a combination shower/bathtub in case you want to relax after the ping pong tournament or a day at the beach.

*Bedrooms*
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. They both include brand new queen beds and smart TV's. There is plenty of extra space in either room to put up the Pack N Play for the baby. (It's in the closet!) Both bedrooms have blinds and blackout curtains to help ensure a great night's sleep. (or nap for the baby!)

**Lower Level**
The lower level provides a TON of extra room for your trip. The ceiling is exposed (painted white) and adds gives the space a fun vibe. As you go downstairs you walk into the second living room that has seating for 6+ and a large smart TV. Also in the main area is a multipurpose room that has a foosball table (for another family tournament) There is also a treadmill and yoga mats in case you want to get in some exercise.

*Bathroom*
The second bathroom is off the living room in the basement. The basement is clean and recently remodeled. There is also a shower and jetted tub for additional relaxation!

*Bedroom*
The third bedroom in the house is very large and would be great to put the kids or could easily host a family of 4. There is a brand new queen bed and a set of bunk beds! You even have enough additional space for the Pack N Play in this room!

*Laundry*
The washer and dryer are available for use in the utility area in the lower level.

There is access to the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and the detached 2 car garage. The entire 2 acre property is available for your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This house is close to all of the "fun" things about Traverse City and Leelanau county.
25 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes (Glen Arbor)
25 minutes to Leland (Fishtown)
25 minutes to Suttons Bay
15 minutes to downtown Traverse City

The house is also very close to many amenities.
5 minutes to gas station with snacks, wine, and beer.
10 minutes to a premium convenience store with coffee shop, deli, and organic options.
5 minutes to a kid-friendly beach on Long Lake
5 minutes to Long Lake boat launch
