- Pet owners, please be advised on pet policy.
- A waiver must be signed in order to access the hot tubs.
- The exterior property of these cottages are monitored by Ring Home Security.
- Each cottage has its own private areas, but they also share some yard space along Mitchell Creek with our additional 3bd cottage (NOT included in this rental reservation). Both chalets share a driveway. Making this perfect for larger groups to gather, while providing individuals with their own privacy as well. Interested in all 3? Shoot us a message.
- With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.

Interaction with Guests:
I’ll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, I’ll be available by phone. You may also see me or my husband from time to time taking care of the lawn or hot tubs.
