The Space:

Walk through the one stall car garage to enter this three level home.

On the main level you will find a coat closet for your use! Make your way up the stairs and you will walk right into the living room. This bright living space features a smart TV and also hosts a full sized pull out couch if you plan on bringing more people. Its TC theme and modern feel make it the perfect place to gather after a long day! (linens are included for the pullout)



**No cable is provided, all TVs have streaming capabilities only!



Also on the main floor you will find the well stocked kitchen! This kitchen has all your needed appliances along with basic dish ware, cookware, and cooking utensils you may need for a home cooked meal. This home features a Keurig coffee pot and 6 k-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot! (4 dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and 2 paper towel rolls will also be provided!)



Keep walking down the hallway and you will find a full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. Planing on staying a while? No problem, there is a laundry room at the end of the hall with a washer, dryer, and sink! (4 washer pods and dryer sheets are provided)



Walk up the next flight of stairs and you will find the primary bedroom which features a cozy king sized bed, closet, smart Tv, and a desk if you plan on working from the condo! The guest bedroom is also on this floor which features a cozy queen sized bed, closet, and smart Tv. The second full bathroom is also located on this floor. (linens, towels, 3 toilet paper rolls, shampoo conditioner, and body wash included)



Lastly, stroll up the spiral stair case and step out onto the private rooftop with West Bay views! It doesn't get much better then having your morning coffee or late night glass of wine on a rooftop while looking at the bay.

**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**
