THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Ground-level access off Eighth Street, steps from the TART Trail and walkable to The Filling Station, Raduno, and a strong stretch of local restaurants along this end of downtown. There's a nightclub in the back of the building that's active in the evenings, standard for this corner of TC. Every unit has a sound machine, lower-floor units tend to run a touch quieter, and most guests sleep just fine. Worth knowing regardless
