This cozy 700 sqft cottage is the perfect intimate getaway with sandy beaches and stunning sunset views. With all new furniture, SmartTV, and brand new washer and dryer - this home mixes newer amenities with the rugged charm of northern Michigan! Also included are two kayaks, a paddle board, and paddle boat!

Guests have access to the whole home during their stay.

The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars. All vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked in designated parking spots in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

This home is perfect for a couple’s getaway, family vacation, or friend get-together! You’ll have access to prime waterfront and all that Spider Lake has to offer including: swimming, fishing, boating as well as winter activities like ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. You can make plenty of memories here.

Sit back and relax on the deck or next to a bonfire by the waters edge — there are beautiful views to enjoy from all over this special setting. In this single level cozy cottage, you’ll find a beautiful bright kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. There is plenty of natural light and an open concept dining/living room area. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed as well as a twin trundle. The full bathroom includes a shower as well as a bathtub.

Spider Lake is a 459 Acre All Sports Lake with big sections for water-skiing and tubing, small coves for fishing, and a couple islands and sandbars. 'Fast boating' is allowed only between 11:00 am - 7: 30 pm, so the morning and evening are quiet. Many of the coves are no-wake zones all day and great for fishing any time. With lots of bays and coves, you can find somewhere new to explore every day!

Spider Lake is a haven for hikers and those who enjoy scenic landscapes as well with plenty of parks and hiking trails nearby.

Available nearby are multiple golf courses, horseback riding, parks, and trails! A short 15 minute drive north-west will find you in downtown Traverse City, with many options for dining, shopping, and downtown beaches.
Local Wineries and Breweries are open year-round if you are looking to grab a beer, a bottle of wine, or try a flight! Peegeo’s Pizza is just 8 minutes away with a wide variety menu including beer, chicken wings, pizza, calzones, and more!

The dock is available from the end of May through the end of September. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Wind and waves can cause damage to boats and docks.
