The Space:

Three stories with your own private rooftop deck. Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own garage. Living room/ kitchen are on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the third floor. King bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Take a spin downtown or to the beach on the complimentary beach cruisers.



Other Things to Note:

There is an additional parking spot adjacent to the building that is available upon request for $25 per stay.

The pros were that it was very clean with comfortable beds. The cons were a very small garage that was difficult to park in (best for a compact car) and lots of stairs with some that need repair.

Not to be critical but there were no alarm clocks in either bedroom and very few hangers to hang up clothes Also missing Kleenex On the positive side - very clean unitAnd would rent again!

Nice But Could Be Better

We enjoyed our three day stay in this condo for the most part. There was a loose stair covering on the bottom stair leading to the garage that caused more than one of us to stumble and my husband nearly fell (photo attached). Also, when I opened the curtains on the windows next to the television in the main living room, the rod fell and nearly hit me in the head. I discovered that the screw in the middle of the hanging assembly was not tightened.The place was extremely clean which was much appreciated. We were only able to find one additional roll of toilet paper in the lower level bathroom and the shower in that bathroom was too small for anyone who wasn't petite. Additionally, the washing machine had a strong mildew smell when opened to add towels and bedding as instructed.The towels appeared older and well used, clean but scratchy. The beds were very comfortable.The condo was in our budget and was well situated to shopping and restaurants. I wouldn't mind staying there again with some improvements made.

Nice Property, but listing needs to be updated.

Overall, the stay was very nice, but I believe that the information regarding parking needs to be updated to include that only small cars will fit inside the garage or you’ll have to pay an additional fee to accommodate parking. I would also mention that some of the stairs need to be fixed because walking down them, you can almost slip and fall because the glue is falling off.Lastly, the air conditioning does not properly accommodate the space and on warm days. The house is very muggy and hot.

Great location

Its a great location. Parking in the garage is impossible if you have a SUV. There is a parking lot next to the building but the walkway is not cleared and it took a couple hours for response to know that it was there and we were not going to get towed. Lots of stairs in condo and has two full baths with two bedrooms but one in not near the 2nd bedroom so a little strange. Its on the first floor. Its clean and new. Packed in condos close to downtown.

TC Fun

This property was great. Location was absolutely perfect near shops, dining, bars. We walked and biked the entire week. It’s our second year visiting TC and we are ready to plan next year’s visit. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you need. We would love to stay here our next trip up!

Great Location, clean property, attention needed for several key items.

Condo was mostly as described. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. A/C unit is undersized for this 3-story unit. Living level comfortable, bedroom level poor ventilation in bedrooms. Gasket/seal on refrigerator door comes off every time you open the fridge. Have to monkey around with it to seal so items would stay cold. Only one fan for one bedroom....again, hot and muggy in these rooms, yet cool on the main level. Car didn't fit in the one car garage that is undersized. Towel bar missing in the bedroom level bath...nowhere to put clothes. Door to rooftop leaked bringing rain down the spiral staircase. Granted, it was a heavy rain. Had to inquire to get key codes/parking information as was not provided 3 days prior to stay. To say property management could use some improvement in dealing with people is, sadly, an understatement.

Great Family Trip

The property is incredible. Super clean with new appliances and TV in the bedrooms and living room. The rooftop patio is a nice feature. The location had us 5 mins walking from the beach areas. We could hear the lake winds and waves at night on the roof. And a few minutes from Front Street shops, restaurants and breweries. It's a perfect location.
