The Space:

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower, and in-unit laundry for added convenience. *Please note that the jetted tub is designed for two-person use but cannot be fully filled for single-person use due to the hot water heater size. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large-screen TV for streaming services. It also includes a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, and the private deck offers stunning water views.

When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, grab the provided beach towels and head to the 300-foot private sandy beach, complete with lounge chairs. Alternatively, take a dip in the newly renovated heated swimming pool or relax in the hot tub, both available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
