This winter, experience a touch of spa luxury in our newly added wellness room, featuring a state-of-the-art infrared sauna and yoga mats for your personal practice. Whether you seek post-adventure recovery or peaceful morning rejuvenation, this calming space elevates your stay. Villa Sueños is one of the few homes in Northern Michigan to offer both an infrared sauna and a year-round hot tub—creating a complete, resort-inspired wellness experience right at home.

The Space
Step into a spacious, light-filled living area featuring panoramic windows that frame stunning views of the lake. Relax around the cozy gas fireplace after a day of adventure, or unwind on the large sectional sofa, which converts into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef, with modern appliances including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, Instant Pot, blender, airfryer and stand mixer. For added fun, kids (and kids at heart) will love the soda maker and shaved ice machine. Stocked with basic condiments and essentials, the kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the large dining table (seats 10–12), with additional seating for 3 at the island.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The main level includes three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, lake views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub. Enjoy the spa-like experience with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Two additional queen bedrooms are upstairs, one of which includes a dedicated workspace—ideal for remote work with our high speed internet. Each bedroom has its own TV for your convenience.

A full bathroom and a laundry room are also located on the main level.

Lower Level Retreat
The lower level features a fantastic game room that kids (and adults) will love. Enjoy a pool table, ping pong, dart board. The entertainment setup includes a large TV with Xbox and Meta Quest 2 VR—plus a variety of games for hours of fun. Board games are also provided for classic family entertainment.

This level has two more bedrooms: one with a king bed, and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle. The bunk room has an exposed, painted-black ceiling. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located downstairs.

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, kid-friendly plates and utensils, toys, and children`s books—all designed to make your stay comfortable and stress-free.

Outdoor Living
Unwind in the private 8-person hot tub, tucked away on the lower deck with beautiful lake views. It’s a guest favorite, perfect for relaxing after lake activities or warming up on chilly winter days. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for rinsing off.

The wrap-around upper deck includes a grill and dining area—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners. Downstairs, a second spacious deck offers even more room to lounge. Or you can have a cornhole or spike ball competition! Gather around the lakeside fire pit in the evening for s’mores and storytelling under the stars.

Water Activities & Dock Info
The 200-foot dock invites you to relax, fish, or simply enjoy the serene surroundings. Many guests rave about the excellent fishing right off the dock. Swimming is more suited off a boat or by kayaking to the island or the sandbars on the lake. Our shoreline has vegetation, as is common with Michigan inland Lakes and is not suitable for swimming. We are located on a cove on the lake, away from main boat traffic, which is safer for kids. We have Kayaks and a canoe you can borrow, as well as life jackets. Please note you use the kayaks and canoe at your own risk and you must wear a life jacket!

Like many Northern Michigan lakes, Silver Lake is currently experiencing lower water levels. The water near our dock can be shallow, and some experience navigating shallow waters is recommended.
Guests are welcome to use the dock, but please note that water levels can fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee docking suitability for all boat types at all times. If you prefer, we’ve partnered with a trusted local company that offers daily boat delivery and pickup from the nearby public launch (just 3 minutes away). This is an excellent choice even for multi-day rentals—they’ll handle launching and retrieving the boat each day so you can relax and enjoy the lake. We also have plenty of parking space in our driveway, should you choose to bring a bigger boat and launch from the public boat launch. Reach out anytime—we’re happy to assist with boat rentals.

By booking this stay you agree to the following:
-No food or drinks in the spa. You will use the spa at your own risk. Please latch the cover of the spa when not in use. Please shower before you use the spa to clean off any lotion or sand. Instructions on how to use the spa are provided in the guest manual. The spa is serviced weekly as well as prior to every guest check-in. If additonal services are needed to clean the spa, this may be billed to the guest.
- The guest agrees to pick up pet waste and dispose off. Please cover furniture if you allow pets on it. Dogs must be crated if alone in the home.
-No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
