House Rules

• Check-in after 3 PM / Check-out by 11 AM
Please respect these times so we can prepare the cottage for the next guests.

• No smoking or vaping inside the cottage
Feel free to smoke outdoors—just dispose of cigarette butts safely.

• No parties or events
We ask that guests keep noise to a respectful level at all times.

• Only registered guests allowed on the property
For safety and insurance reasons, no unregistered visitors.

• Please clean up after yourself
Wash dishes, tidy up spills, and leave the cottage as you found it.

• Respect the property and the environment
Use amenities responsibly, and enjoy the space with care.

• Follow fire safety rules
Use the fire pit only in permitted weather conditions and never leave fires unattended.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Help us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.

• Report any damages or issues right away
We’re here to help and want to keep everything in good condition for everyone.
