Purrfect retreat

Everything about this vacation stay was incredible from the chicken coop with hens laying fresh eggs for breakfast to the peaceful wooded setting. The barn studio is exceptionally equipped and if you're an animal lover like I am, Snickers the barn cat will make you feel right at home. The best place we've ever stayed!

Incredible stay!

One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at! So beautiful, quiet, and CLEAN! Everything provided. They even offer fresh eggs you can gather from the chickens and clean meat to purchase which was amazing!! Would definitely recommend the bacon and pork-chops! Erin was extremely responsive. Would also recommend Upcountry Provisions bakery & Bistro if you are looking for a great breakfast place(10 mins), Jones Gap State Park, and Falls Park on the Reedy (both 30 mins)

8 Day Stay

Our family had a great stay at this property! The rental was clean and stocked with all the necessities and comforts of home. When we rent properties we always look for a quiet, tranquil place that makes us feel like we are away from the rest of the world. As much as we enjoyed our stay, I wish the description of the property was more accurate. The advertisement describes the rental on a farm with photos making it look as if the rental is solitary on an acreage. However, when we arrived, we found ourselves (the barn) in the renter’s backyard of their home. Although the renters kept to themselves, we couldn’t help but feel intrusive and as if we were guests at their home, not VRBO renters. Thank you for the stay! You have a beautiful property.

Gorgeous studio apartment over beautiful barn oozing with charm

We love staying in unique places and this listing over a barn was exactly what we were looking for. Apartment was super clean, had great lighting, was wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Location was quiet and peaceful with fresh, sweet mountain air, fireflies at night, green fields and adorable animals to visit with. Wonderful path to walk through the woods and a babbling creek to explore. The farm fresh bacon and breakfast sausage were both delicious and it was so convenient to have it stocked in the freezer awaiting our arrival. Host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. It was a perfect base camp in which to relax, unwind and explore the area. It could not have been more perfect and is truly a hidden gem!

Excellent Place to Stay

This property was just what I needed, quiet, beautiful, hidden, very comfortable and clean. The privacy was great and you are just minutes away from Travelers Rest, and Downtown Greenville is just a little past TR. I was able to meet Snickers, the lambs and chickens and they were excellent neighbors. Also I purchased some bacon and it was so good. I suggest they sell the bacon seasoning because it is delicious. I used it on a Filet and it was incredible. When you start bottling and selling that please let me know. I found the space so relaxing and spacious and all the decorating touches were well done. The outdoor lights and sitting area with the woods nearby made it peaceful and magical. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice getaway
