Comfortable apartment with sea view and city view of about 60 m2 located on the sixth and last floor of a renovated building with a lift (4 steps between entrance and lift).
The apartment is located in a strategic area as it is located in the historic center and only 500 meters from the Port of Trapani from which ships and hydrofoils depart for the Egadi Islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia and Sardinia. The property is located in ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) and all the main services are located nearby.
The apartment of about 60 square meters is located on the sixth and last floor of a building with a lift.
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, cabinet with chest of drawers and access to a small balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), dining table (4-6 pax), moka, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, and access to a small balcony;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, washing machine and toilet;
- SMALL BALCONY with access from the living room and the bedroom.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Air conditioning via split (in the corridor), fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION:
- Raised shower cubicle;
- There is no wifi;
- 4 steps between the condominium entrance door and the elevator;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30
It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee.
Upon check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax will be required.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Trapani, in the ZTL area of ââthe city and is NOT reachable by car. All the main services are located in the surroundings of the structure.
In the westernmost tip of Sicily, overlooking the Egadi islands, Trapani cannot be missed from the list of destinations to visit absolutely in Sicily. The city, known as the City of a Hundred Churches is a treasure chest: it houses baroque buildings, churches and castles that frame a breathtaking panorama overlooking one of the most beautiful seas in the world.
Trapani is also perfect as a base for visiting Le Saline, the Egadi islands, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and the beautiful natural areas and beaches of Western Sicily!
