Thunderhead Ridge Cabin Rentals offers a new way to explore the Smokey Mountain Region. We feature our comforting one bedroom, game cabin with breathtaking views of Thunderhead Mountain and The Great Smoky Mountains.

Our one-of-a-kind cabin has been lovingly curated to reflect the essence of the great state of TN. You can relax in our 4-person hot tub, overlooking stunning views, as well as enjoy time as a family on the spacious covered back deck, while grilling out, playing shuffleboard, cornhole, and even bochee ball. Grill some burgers on the outdoor propane grill or enjoy a fire in the real-wood fireplace. We provide propane for the grill all year and a starter bundle of firewood for the fireplace from mid-October through mid-March. Many local stores sell bundled firewood should you need more.

We have a fully equipped kitchen,as well as a washer and dryer, the living room and bedroom both possess smart TV`S. This cabin sleeps 4 people in one bedroom, and one loft which has a ladder shown in pictures. We have paved parking on site.

This destination is just minutes from downtown Townsend which includes restaurants, stores, bars, and even horseback riding tables just 5 minutes away. We are also 5 minutes away from the entrance of Cade`s Cove, one of the most popular destinations of The Great Smokey`s An 11-mile loop of Cade`s Cove offers some of the best opportunities for wildlife viewing in the park. Large numbers of white-tailed deer are frequently seen, and sightings of black bear, coyote, ground hog, turkey, raccoon, skunk, and other animals are also possible.

The kitchen is complete with full size fridge, microwave, drip coffeemaker, stove and kitchen basics such as dishes, glasses, and silverware. We provide coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, coffee filters, and a variety of basic cooking spices for your convenience.

The cabin is part of Thunderhead Ridge, a 25-acre getaway with beautiful views, and plenty of tranquility. You can cast in a line or float tube down the Little River, just a quick 2-minute drive from the cabin. Trout fishing is popular up-stream inside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. In summertime, we offer access to a luxury community pool about 5-10 min away. You can even book a round of golf at Laurel Valley Golf Course. Also, no need to worry about unwanted disturbances and traffic – Thunderhead Ridge Cabins is a secluded and gated property.

You will have access to the entire cabin during your stay, which includes a covered deck, hot tub, grill, washer & dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.

We often have team members present between 10 am and 4 pm. If you have non-emergency needs, we will make arrangements for you during regular hours. You can always message via Airbnb as needed.

Guests have to climb ladder in order to access the LOFT . There is a second bedroom in the loft . Please consider before booking.
