Cabin, located in picturesque Townsend, Tennessee! This inviting 2-bedroom,

2-bathroom cabin is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend or a fun-filled

family adventure, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably. As you step

inside, you'll be greeted by the warm ambiance of a crackling fireplace paired

with charming rustic decor. The spacious living area provides all the

amenities you need to relax, including a fully stocked kitchen and

complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Step outside to stroll along the

beautiful creek running through the property, where you can soak in stunning

creek views and enjoy splashing in the cool water on hot days. In the

evenings, unwind in the relaxing hot tub or gather around the fire pit to

roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky. Plus, when you're

ready to venture out, Townsend's delightful shops and restaurants are just a

Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern amenities, including a

refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. When

breakfast is hot, lunch is ready, and dinner is served, the dining table

offers seating for four to gather for meals and make memories together while

enjoying the peaceful view outside. The open living space allows everyone to

be together and spread out. The dining table is great for enjoying board games

or card games. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with the provided coffee

maker. Dish towels, dish starter soap, and dishwasher pods are provided.

the gentle mountain waters babble nearby, washing away the stress of the day.

On hot days, indulge in splashing around in the refreshing creek, making a

splash with family and friends while basking in nature's embrace. As the sun

sets, fire up the charcoal grill for a delicious barbecue dinner under the

stars. When it's time to unwind, retreat to the hot tub or gather around the

fire pit to roast marshmallows, share stories, and create unforgettable

memories that you'll cherish forever!



Special Note on Trash Disposal:

For your convenience, all trash should be taken to the RV park located right

next to the properties and placed in the dumpster. The gate code to access the

dumpster is 1938.



Location/ Roads/ Parking:

This cabin is easily accessible by motorcycle or vehicle and has level parking

for two cars. You will find Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City nearby. Just

5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes

to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're just a short drive from

everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins

or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New

Year's Eve.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend

a week before your stay.

up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.

Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property

(any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be

charged to the credit card on file).

24-hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance at the property, call us,

and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
