The apartment opens onto a bright living area, made warm and welcoming by the parquet flooring. The spacious open space is furnished with a double leather sofa bed facing the equipped wall, on which a TV is placed. Behind the sofa there is a dining table and the open-plan kitchen in modern style, equipped with every comfort. A French door provides access to the small balcony equipped with a small table.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, whilst the other room is furnished with two single beds, ample wardrobes and a desk, perfect for hosting children.

The layout is completed by a bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a shower.



*The facility is equipped with a shared swimming pool open from 1 May to 30 September, from 9 to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.



Guests will be able to use a garage within the property (dimensions 6 x 2.30 m height 1.80 m).

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two welcoming bays ideal for sailing enthusiasts, fishing and for all water sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno can boast a wide and well-serviced beach that organises parties and events, on the lakeside in the large green area of the former Hippodrome, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of local typical products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, which is located in the beautiful Valley of the Paper Mills, thus an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.



The nearest airport is Verona, which is 65 km away from the apartment.
