The apartment Maison Bellini number 4 is spread over 2 floors. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with glass shower and from here a spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace. The first flooe consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a couch and dining table, and a second bathroom.



In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.

A parking space at the house belongs to the apartment.

Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm-oaks and olive trees offers a great example of the Mediterranean scrub.
