The apartment welcomes guests with the living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee maker and toaster.

From the living room there is access through French doors to the private balcony, equipped with a table and chairs and from which there is a beautiful view of the pool and Lake Garda. The apartment continues with the master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and closet. The room overlooks a second small private balcony at the back of the apartment. Completing the layout is the bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.



*The Residence's communal swimming pool is available from June 01 to September 15. A private garage for one parking space within the residence is available to guests.

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion.
