Beautiful rural house in Torrox countryside, with private pool, playground with cabin, and spectacular views of the mountains.

The house is distributed in a spacious living room with fireplace, 42" smart TV (with Netflix, Disney + free access as well as satellite), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, table oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc.

It has 2 rooms with air conditioning; Master bedroom with double bed, and secondary room with single bed and bunk bed. Full bathroom with shower.

Outside we find a large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and nature, private pool, covered barbecue area, playground with swings and a wooden cabin, there is also a basketball basket, a ping-pong table and an archery target, parking for 2 cars and has a 150 "projector with Netflix and HDMI output to connect a laptop or a Game console and be able to enjoy on a large screen outdoors (recommended at night).

The access to the house is suitable for any vehicle, once you leave the main road, there is about 2.5 Km of dirt road passable for any vehicle (but keep in mind that it is a rural house). From the house to Cómpeta there are 8.5 Km, to Torrox Pueblo 10 Km, and to Torrox Costa or the beach there are 15 Km.





Pets are NOT allow, under penalty of 300€.

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room.

It is not allowed under any circumstances to exceed the maximum capacity of the house ( 5 people maximum ). Under penalty of up to € 300 depending on the case.

Parties are not allowed, meaning parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; unusual acoustic noise; or at hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).

The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items.

In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the
Guest.

Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.

The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.

The use of crystal glasses of any kind is not allowed in the pool or on the edge of it, due to possible detachments of crystals inside the pool and future cuts by guests.

Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.
Extra bed linen and towels for the whole house is 25€ for 4 people.
