Anlegget er flott. Min misnÞye gjelder service og nÄr det gjelder nÞkler og chip. Vi fikk ett sett, og det gjorde at vi ikke kunne gÄ hver for oss utenfor omrÄdet. Spurte etter ekstra sett nÞkler, men fikk de fÞrst nest siste dag av oppholdet, og da uten chip. MÄ jo ha chip for Ä fÄ adgang til omrÄdet nÄr en har vÊrt pÄ aktiviteter andre steder. Dette fÞrte til at vÄrt opphold ble kraftig redusert da vi hadde planer om Ä gjÞre noen ting hver for oss. Vi bodde i fin, ren leilighet, men vi sÄ ikke noe til et renhold i uken.Det var heller ikke det viktigste for oss. Ferien vÄr ble ikke slik vi hadde planlagt pga av mangel pÄ nÞkler og chip. Og mÞte med representanten pÄ kontoret var forsÄvidt bortkastet, « what can I do», var bortforklaringene han gav.
Dette opplevdes som arroganse for meg som betalende kunde.
The property wasnât very clean & we didnât get a mid week clean as per our agreement. The flat was very clinical nothing personal e.g. pictures. There was only 1 teaspoon & 1 cereal bowl!! We had problems with the wi fi for 2 days & there were no English speaking TV channels. However the site was fantastic very secure & clean. The properties were a great size with a sea view. We would go again but maybe not this apartment, unless some changes are made.
The location with its seaviews is fantastic, we had a 3 bed apartment which was very spacious, well equipped and modern.
We normally stay in places that have an indoor bar/restaurant and swimming pool, this was somethings we missed.
Fantastiskt lĂ€ge med fint poolomrĂ„de. Enda ânackdelenâ Ă€r att det inte Ă€r nĂ„gon sandstrand precis vid lĂ€genheterna. Finns en liten strand en bit bort sĂ„ det Ă€r helt ok.
The service we got from the Mar Holidays team was unbelievably awful. The girl in the front office was extremely rude, we have never experienced such bad service and especially at an expensive place like this. We tried for many days to reach Mar Holidays to schedule our check in and order a crib for our baby. When we finally reached someone, they were extremely rude and could not confirm a crib until many e-mails later. We ended up paying 20 euros for late check in to pick up a key in an electric key box. We were two families checking in together so we actually paid 40 euros to collect two keys from the key box. They had put a baby cot in the room which they had not put together and was WITHOUT A MATTRESS!! My baby just cried when I put her in the cot so I could not use it and returned it right away and rented a crib from another source. Still Mar Holidays charged us 50 euros for an unusable cot which we returned right away!! And of course, there was no apology. In our booking, we paid for daily housekeeping and it clearly stated that there was daily housekeeping. When we asked the girl at the front desk she tried to convince us that in Spain this meant something completely different. Then she started arguing with us and said âthis is your problem, not mine. Iâm not going to do anything for you, if you want you can contact hotels.comâ.The air conditioning did not work correctly. Finally we figured out it was in winter mode but front office staff had no idea hot to fix this.
Dette er ei leilighetskompleks, ikkje hotell. Fint badeomrÄde bÄde for barn og vaksne, romsleg og velholdt leilighet.
Med unntak av en god resturant sÄ er ingenting i nÊrheten. 10 min med taxi sÄ er man i nÊrheten av det meste.
There were not enough sheets in the apartment. We had requested a high chair and cot, but this was not in the apartment on arrival. After asking for it, we received a chair that we had to clean before it was possible to use it. No wine opener in the apartment (but wine glasses).
Pool: not allowed to jump, no inflatables.
All in all: mediocre.
