Spacious, traditional 2 Bedroom Apartment with 2 Sunny Terraces

The property is very spacious and has 2 terraces, front and rear so you can enjoy all day sunshine. The apartment is near Lidl supermarket and a short walk to La Carihuela beach. We had a problem with our arrival day/time which was no fault of ours or the owner, this was resolved to our satisfaction by getting in touch with Thomas (owner) and we enjoyed our stay and hope to return time no fault of the owner

Pros: We had a thoroughly enjoyable time in an apartment which catered for every1, there was everything needed provided in the apartment and more. the supermarket 2 minutes down the road and 5 minutes from the beach, with play station and an array of games provided a dongle with films on for the kids and the pool was lovely, even the inflatable pool for little 1s, we couldnt have asked for anything more, Excellent communication from start to finish.

Pros: From 6 - 16 May we (family with two kids aged 4 and 5) stayed in this appartment in BenalmĂĄdena and we had a wonderful time. The appartment is very neat and complete, with a large patio in the front where you can sit well. The beach is very near (15 min walking with the children), the supermarket is only a minute away, and you also have good possibilities to discover the area: MĂĄlaga, Marbella, Mijas, for example. Also BenalmĂĄdena and Torremolinos offer a range of activities. The kids were lucky, because there were toys for them, which is absolutely a pre.

Pros: The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is in a nice quiet area, but easy walking to bars, restaurants and the marina. Me and my grandson had the pool to ourselves most days, it was lovely and warm. Thomas was helpful from start to finish and provided loads of local information. Benalmadena wasn't really for us, but we had an enjoyable time nevertheless. Still miss hearing Elvis practising his songs in the early evening. Don't miss the dogs barking.

Pros: very comfortable and clean apartment,and well equiped,lovely large patio area with nice gardens and swimming pool.Thomas the owner was very helpfull with the booking and providing any information.Adrian the key holder was also very helpfull and would arrange airport transfers if required,although only a 10-15 min walk from train station .The train fare from the airport is only 1.80 euros.There is a lidls 5 minute walk away.About 10 minute walk to the beach,although there is abusy main road to cross.Set in a quet residential area,We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

Pros: Thomas was very helpful from start of booking to end of Holiday. The Apartment was very nice, clean and had all that you needed. The only negative thing I would say was the internet was no good at all, but that's Spain internet all over. Sky Tv and Playstation for kids was handy.The location is ideal for the Lidl supermarket to a short walk to the beach and Marina. The pool area is quiet and used mainly by the Spanish residents whom are very nice. I would definitely stay again when back in this area and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Thomas and also Adrian and Dave for everything we had a great time.

Pros: Once again had GREAT break of 16 nights and this is our 4th time. The communication with the owner Thomas is 2nd to none ALWAYS answers emails with a few hours. On arrival at apartment met by Adrian who is key holder and his office is at the end of the road also given mobile numbers so you can ring if needed. Also supermarket 150metres away for everything you need. Always clean and tidy, balcony is BRILL sun beds also table and chairs supplied for 6 people. WIFI is good and included and the price you see is the price you pay NO added extras like some quotes. Rebooked twice more this year cannot wait.

Pros: 4 Adults (one disabled) and one baby arrived exhausted into Malaga, we were met by a wonderful gentleman and taken directly to our destination. The appartment was very nice. small but functional kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom with over bath shower and lovely size sitting room. The bonus came with the terrace, it is HUGE and where we spent most of our time. All in all a lovely place to stay, just wish it was a little less of a climb from the beach as it sure tired out my husband pushing me in a wheelchair all that way. Close to Lidls which made for easy shopping trips and a stones throw for the able bodied to walk about to bars, resturants and all attractions. Would highly recommend and will go again, maybe not when they are having a heatwave though haha. Great size swimming pool which proved a hit with my grandson.

Pros: This is a wonderful apartment that has everything you need for families from toys for the younger children,, Xbox for the older and wifi for the oldest. It's in a brilliant location with so much to do within walking distance & the train station and bus stops are only a short walk away also. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a family of 5 people. Communication with Thomas was excellent. The place was exactly like in the pictures only better. Lidl is 2 minutes down the road while there is a super sol 2 mins up the road. It was lovely to have a swim in the pool every day. The icing on the cake had to be all the kids movies on the usb stick. When it was too hot outside for the kids they were able to relax on the couch watching a movie while mam & dad lay out on the terrace. We will definitely be returning sometime in the future for another fantastic holiday. Thanks Thomas Crowley

Pros: We had a wonderful month in March 2019, The large terrace was the highlight of the apartment and we had sun from morning till just after 4pm . there is a small balcony off the kitchen which is sunny from 4pm. The apartment was on the border of Benalmadena/Torromolinos and not too far to the beach. There is plenty of public transport from the main road a short walk downhill which will take you all over the Costa del sol. The apartment had all mod cons and washing dried within a few hours on the back balcony The communication between the owner Thomas was great at all times. We took advantage of being picked up and dropped of by Dave which was great although you can get a train but a bit of a walk. Would definitely use this apartment again but if we were to go as a family with children i would probably go when the pool is open in April. We had great weather most of the time and would happily spend the winter there. Thanks again Thomas

Pros: We have just returned from 2 weeks at this apartment with our 4 daughters aged 19, 15, 11 and 8. We have had an absolutely brilliant holiday in this fantastic apartment. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The girls shared the two bedrooms and my Husband and I had the sofa bed which was very comfy. There is an amazing huge veranda at the back of the apartment overlooking the gardens and pool which is where we spent a lot of time relaxing when we were not in the pool or on the beach. There is also a small balcony at the front of the apartment which was also nice to sit out on if it was too hot the other side. Its a 10 minute walk to lidl and about another 10 minutes onto the beach so you really do not need a car. We walked up to the little tram station and visited fuengirola, malaga and carvajal easily. It is a busy resort with a nice buzzy atmosphere - we walked along the busy front every evening and had a drink at one of the many many bars either in Benalmadena or Torramilenos depending which direction we went. There is really nothing negative to say about this apartment, it is lovely, in a perfect location and we will definately use it again.

Pros: Just back for staying here for one week (2/9-9/9) with my wife, my elderly mother and our 2 year old little girl. From first contact with Thomas the whole booking procedure was very easy, Thomas even organised our airport transfers with a baby seat equipped car, which made our travels alot more simple. The apartment is in an ideal location, 10 minute walk to beach and marina, restaurants about 5 minutes away and a Lidl 3 minutes walk (very handy with a 2 year old), the area is more residential than touristy so it's very quite at night. My wife was very worried about the holiday, being the first time taking a child with us. As soon as we arrived at the apartment, her mind was put fully to rest, there is guard gates on all windows and doors so at night you knew it was very secure. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, the aircon was a god sent especially when the baby napped during the hottest part of the day. There was also a cot, high chair, baby monitor and things like dvds, xbox, playstations, so loads to keep anyone entertained. Probably the single best thing was the terrace, it was huge and could be covered over completely to keep the sun off, so our little girl spent a lot of the time in the paddling pool on the terrace. All in all it was a great holiday in BenalmĂĄdena and the apartment was a great base, we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Speziell fĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Netter Kontakt zum Besitzer via Email oder WhatApp. Bei Problemen hilft er schnell weiter und antwortet gewöhnlich binnen weniger Stunden. Gepflegter Gemeinschaftspool ist vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es etwas 12 Minuten Fußmarsch.
