This recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of the quiet La Roca urbanisation, offering a modern and functional space in 50 square metres that is perfectly utilised. It is worth noting that the building does not have a lift, but its location and amenities make it an excellent option.
The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a large front window that fills the space with natural light. The window, divided into three leaves, can be opened completely, connecting the interior with the exterior.
