With new renovated bathroom the apartment comes fully equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, BBQ, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pools, garage and car park, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first class service to our guests and owners.
