This a beautifully decorated 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with views over the 12th tee.
Also overlooking the shared swimming pool. West facing with stunning sunset views.
The accommodation has lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, on site parking TV/ Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants â including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, café for breakfasts and snacks, a bar and even a gift shop!)
