Comfortable well furnished and equipped 2 bedroom ground floor apartment ,with large South facing patio overlooking golf course and lake providing wonderful lounging area. Bedroom 1 with en suite can be either twin beds or large double. Near, but not overlooking two communal pools. Underground parking for cars /bikes.1 mens and 1 ladies sets of golf clubs and pull trolleys available for guests use.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: garden area, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), , central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pools, garage and on site car parking, fly screens throughout the accommodation, TV Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, French etc).
Outside you will find access to childrens areas, tennis and padle courts
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants â including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, a bar and even a gift shop!)
