New to market this gorgeous ground floor apartment on Mar Menor Golf Resort. This stunning south facing apartment is opposite one of the resortâs communal pools in a beautiful location. It is immaculately presented with both bathrooms refurbished and a modernised kitchen. It is beautifully furnished with full hot and cold vented aircon throughout. There are glass curtains to the large terrace creating an additional room where you can enjoy the beautiful views all year round as well as easy access to the pool or sun bathing areas.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis/padle courts, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, on site parking, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
