Fully equipped second storey apartment with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. South-West facing allowing an afternoon sun and a view of the sunset over the mountain from the balcony. Easy walking distance to the resort town centre. Two air conditioned bedrooms and a walk-in shower. Private underground parking spot with easy elevator access.
The accommodation is also equipped with the following: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning throughout, communal swimming pool access, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French and Arabic)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket, childrenâs play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
